Anna Stein Painter

Anna Stein, born in Budapest in 1936, miraculously escaped the Nazi anti-Semitic genocide. At the age of 18, he entered the School of Fine Arts in Budapest, where he learned about drawing.Two years later, he went into exile to France, and in 1957 he entered the Beaux Arts in Paris in the studio of Jean Souverbie. Passionate about painting, he also approaches other mediums, from sculpture to frescoes (he was a student of Jean Gilbert Lascault says about her: "Anna Stein sculpts and paints air, water, fire, forests, angels, gods, heroes, sibyls, football players, philosophers, fallen kings of lost kingdoms, allegories... Her works form fragmented narratives: Greek Bible, moments of his life, events of history.Paintings and sculptures say: these make up the artist's One Adventure.
