Ferenc Redő Budapest, 1913-2012, Budapest
Painter, graphic designer, industrial artist. He began his studies at Vilmos Aba Novák's free school. Here it was corrected by Róbert Berény and Béla Iványi Grünwald. He was on a study trip in Italy. He created at the artist colony in Szolnok and Kecskemét. Exhibiting artist since 1934. He was a versatile artist, he also produced paintings, graphics, batik painting, tapestries and ceramics. He had exhibitions at the Ernst Museum together with his wife Rozália Vörös in 1968, in Hódmezővásárhely in 1964, and in Miskolc and Pécs in 1964. In 1976, he was awarded the Merited Artist and then the Outstanding Artist award. His works are kept by the Hungarian National Gallery, the Capital Art Gallery, the Museum of Applied Arts and the Hungarian National Museum.
