Painter, graphic artist. In 1920 in Vienna, in 1921 he began his studies in Milan. Between 1922-27 the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts Kiss Stephen, Gyula Rudnay and Andor dudits were his teachers. In 1928, Franz Joseph coronation anniversary, won a scholarship, 1929-30 Scholarship of the Hungarian Academy of Rome received. Ede Ballo Prize and graphic Zichy Mihály Award from Budapest separate etching, woodcut and watercolor award. He was a member of the Benczúr Society, the Hungarian Watercolour and Pastel Painters Association and the Hungarian Society of Portrait Painters. In 1922 he was exhibiting artist, the constant character of national exhibitions. Italy, France had a study tour. Even before college, he met the artist colony of Pécs RUDNAY. Here he learned the technique of engraving. First of all graphics are significant. Since the late '20s female portraits, religious and historical themes images genres, also painted landscapes. An oil painting of the Roman Galleria Moderna bought it in Rome and Venice in three etchings was acquired by the King of Italy. His works are preserved in the National Gallery, the Metropolitan Gallery, the Janus Pannonius Museum and Baja, István Nagy Gallery.
